New client, features and tools.

The new client has been developed and is ready for the server to proceed with development. Some features include:

• 525 Characters/NPCs
• 602 Items Configs/Models
• 602 Animations
• 525 Maps
• 474 Interfaces
• 558+ Gameframe including XP Earned tab.

The client was developed by Ghost++ from Rune-Server.
