Cities Refilled

Today I have completed the spawns of these areas:

Barbarian Village
Western Varrock
Edgeville
Falador

Some more updates:
Sir Tiffy Cashien now allows you to toggle your home/spawning point. Your options are:

Lumbridge
Varrock
Falador
Camelot
Edgeville(after you have 5 quest points)

Once you have picked an area you may use the Home Teleport Tablet to go there.
