"Oziach has found his rare dragon egg missing and pleads for an adventurer. With the clues he has found, you start investigating the holy buildings of Saradomin and find your answer."

After completing the quest you may access the lair of which the adamantite dragon is held although its combat level increases to 576 and is accessable to all who have done it (which means it will be multi).
